Astonishing power of self image!

What is self image?

Self image is the effect of cumulative belief, which we are having about us.

At present our character and our position in this world is controlled by our self image.

These beliefs may be right or wrong.

However if we want to achieve something, first our self image should match that goal.

Our thought frequency must match our goal.

Hence to modify our thought frequency, we need to change our limiting beliefs.

When we change our limiting beliefs, automatically our self image also will change.

Then you may ask weather all the persons who are achieving their goals are changing their self image and getting success?

No. They are achieving their goal by taking physical actions.

But during taking the actions, unknowingly they are changing their self image.

But if they first try to change their self image and continue to take physical actions, it will be very easy for them to attract their desire.

Hence changing the self image will help us to achieve our goal easily.

The art of decision making

In daily life we are in the position to take many decisions.

But many people are struggling to take quick decisions.

Even for very small problems, they are not able to take decision.

Hence they avoid the decision making situations and post pone to take decision.

These kinds of people will loose their self confidents and they will depend on others for making decision.

Soon the people surrounding them will make these kinds of persons to obey as per their commands.

Then it will become a habit & they will not have strength to face even problems.

These will destroy the will power.

Hence decision making is important in every aspect of life.

Indecisiveness is habit which needs to be prevented.

Why the people are become indecisive?

Because they are fearing about the consequences which will happen by implementing the decision.

Hence before taking a decision, the consequences which will occur to be clearly examined.

If we are fearful about the consequences, then steps to be taken to prevent that.

Then it will become easy make quick decisions.

Law of attraction.

We are very much familiar with a word: Law of attraction. This article explains you how the law of attraction works.

It is based on our thoughts and emotions.

Good thoughts generate good emotion like happy, joy, bliss.

Bad thoughts generate bad emotions like worry, fear, doubt etc.  

And these thoughts and emotion attracts corresponding situations.

Not only this attracts situation they attracts things & people as well.

That’s why it is been told to think only good thoughts always.

But is it possible?

Yes. It is possible by practicing.

You have to watch your thoughts.

Whenever you notice that you are thinking a negative thought just push it away and substitute it with a positive thought.

In the beginning it will be difficult but by practicing you can do it.

And if you need to think about any problem try to do it with positive feeling.

Then you will become master in the field - law of attraction.

How the power of belief working?

We know very well that if we believe anything it will happen.

If we believe ourselves like a very self confident person, then we will become.

If we believe that we can solve a particular problem, then we can solve it.

If we believe that we can finish a particular task, then also we can surely finish that task.

So belief gives us power to do anything.

But how it works?

To know that we have to understand what is belief and how belief is made.

If we understood (note: understanding is different from knowing) anything without doubt, it called as belief.

Since we don’t have any doubt on that idea, this idea enters into the depth of our mind.

It penetrates the unconscious portion of our mind.

We already know very well that our unconscious mind is having more power than conscious mind.

So whenever any thought enters into our unconscious mind it gains more energy and power.

This energy stimulates us to do anything we want.

This energy aids us to do anything we wish.

 

 

How to prevent procrastination?

At present most of the peoples are having the habit of procrastination.

 Actually it is the nature of the mind to do whatever it likes.

 Have you noticed one thing? 

 We will not procrastinate to watch cricket match or to go to cinema theatres.

 So it is based on the interest of our mind.

 It will like to do the activity whatever it likes.

 It will not like to do the activity whatever it dislikes.

 And our mind always will wish to move through old way.

 It will fear about new things and activities.

 Hence it will postpone that activity.

 But what is the joke is our mind will not do the activity at anytime if it procrastinate any such.

 If it postpones any activity means it does not like to do it. And hence it is postponing that activity to tomorrow.

 But tomorrow also the same mind only will be there.

 So again it will postpone the activity to next day. It will go on like this.

 Until we gain the will power to do that work, we cannot do it.

 Ok, then how to avoid this procrastination?

 A simple way is there.

 Since our mind feeling difficult of doing some activity we are not able to do it.

 So we have to make our mind to feel that work as an easy one.

 For that one technique is there.

 It is visualization.

 We have to visualize in our mind as if we are doing that activity.

 We have to imagine it as clearly as possible.

 Then our mind will realize that this work is not difficult. Becasue now that work is familiar to our mind and we will have confident of doing it.

 So it will not procrastinate that activity.

 It will do that activity immediately.

Will self help books really help? (Part 2)

In the previous post we discussed that the idea or suggestion of the books should enter into our mind in depth, then only it will start to act and make us to change.

To make the thoughts to enter into our deep mind we can do a simple thing.

That is called as repeated suggestions.

Whatever the quality you want to have, simply you repeat the word in your mind.

For example if you want to be a more self confident person you have to repeat like, “I am a self confident person..”

You have to repeat it again and again continuously so that it will enter into your mind so strongly in order to avoid the past darkness to interfere into your life.

During making the suggestion you have to do it with emotion.

If you are repeating the suggestion without emotion there will be no use.

Hence emotion is the key.

You have to repeat it as if already you are having that quality in you.

Please don’t do it during doing any work.

You can do it during your leisure time.

Will self help books really develop us?

Have you ever observed that whenever you read some self help books immediately the books will give lot of enthusiasm and we will decide to act as suggested by the books.

But that enthusiasm will not remain for a long time.

You will see that the eagerness soon will disappear.

You will forget about the book and you will sink into your daily routine life.

What is the problem? Why can’t you act as written in the book?

It is only due to our Mind.

Our Mind already having lot of past dusts.

When you read the self help books, the thoughts of the books will give little light to our mind.

And hence the past darkness disappears for a while.

But the power of the light is not much stronger.

Hence soon the light loses its energy and disappears.

If the light having more power it will make the past darkness to run away.

The darkness cannot return back.

Hence the ideas of the book enter the depth of your mind, you will not forget them and that will make you to act accordingly.

Now you will have a question that how to make the things to enter into our depth of the mind.

It is really simple.

Just the thoughts should penetrate the unconscious portion of your mind.

How to get rid of smoking: An Easy way!

Here is a very easy and powerful way of getting rid of smoking.

Everybody knows smoking is bad & injurious to health.

But many persons are continuing this habit and they are not able to quit smoking.

They are deciding many times to quit it. But they could not.

What is the reason?

It is only due to habit.

If we do anything for a long time, we will be tuned to that habit.

Our mind & body will become addictive to that habit.

The smokers when they are continuing that habit, they are accumulating the energy to smoke.

So whenever if they get chance and situation, immediately that accumulated energy starts its work.

It will not allow them to become normal until they finish the smoking process.

By smoking they are neutralizing that energy.

So what has to be done if a person wishes to quit smoking?

Very simple!

He has to neutralize that energy without really smoking.

So without neutralizing that energy, their mere decision will not help to quit smoking.

When it urges him to smoke, he has to destroy that energy.

Method:

He can have some printed article always with him describing the bad effects of smoking with pictures.

Mobile phones also can be used to store such things.

Whenever he feels to smoke, immediately he has to refer those articles and he has to imagine how the smoking will affect him.

In this way easily he can crush that energy.

After this, if still some quantity of energy remains, and if there is a slight feeling of smoking, he can use chocolates as substitute for smoking.

In this way that energy will be totally wiped out.

In the beginning if a person feel slight difficult in continuing this habit, within few weeks it will become easy and he can get rid of smoking.
